Class Photos: Then and Now
The tradition of a class photo is a long one at Vassar. Check out these two photos, one from the Class of 1934 and the other from the Class of 2009. Click on the images to see much larger versions of the photos and see if you can find someone you know.
Connecting With Your Classmates
Stay connected with your class through class letters, Class Notes, an email discussion group, the Alumnae/i Directory, or by organizing or attending reunions and mini-reunions. Find out more about your class by visiting your class website.
You can also connect with your classmates and members of other clasess by attending affiliate group, club, or other regional events in your area. Use the Calendar of Activities to search and register online for these events.
Mini-Reunions
"In a mini-reunion, we all learn by "immersion"—not just immersion in a place, but also immersion with each other, which recreates the learning experience we all had at Vassar, learning side-by-side with our peers, interested and interesting at the same time... A new place to explore, a coherent theme, a feeling of inclusion, and confidence that all the details of life are taken care of (food, shelter, and transportation made easy) mimic the conditions we knew at Vassar, so we feel very focused on Vassar, but not in the sense of focus on the past." Barbara Currier Bell '63 mini-reunion participant
