Intimate Gatherings with the Vassar Choir

Washington, DC, Bryn Mawr, PA and Boston, MA were the sites for “Intimate Gatherings,” a spring-break east coast tour by the Vassar College Choir, Christine Howlett, Conductor. The program featured sacred and secular choral works by Palestrina, Sweelinck, Debussy, Britten, Lauridsen, and Cooman. The concert will be recorded and CDs may be available for purchase at a later date.

The performances were hosted by the Vassar College Choir, Vassar Club of Washington, DC, Philadelphia Vassar Club, Vassar Club of Boston, the Alumnae and Alumni of Vassar College, and the generosity of the Arnhold Foundation.
