The Great Lakes: An Inland Voyage
August 1 - 8, 2009

Niagara Falls

Nearly 15,000 years ago, the last of the great glaciers retreated, leaving us with this magnificent chain of freshwater lakes along the U.S.-Canadian border, one of the great wonders of the world.

Despite the numerous ships that pass through their waters every year, the Great Lakes still boast mile upon mile of wild shoreline. Travelers since the 1900s have flocked to these shores to witness the magnificent natural beauty of the region.

Travel aboard a 100-guest vessel on a journey that revives the nineteenth-century grandeur and elegance of a classic Great Lakes cruise. Learn more...

The Civil Rights Trail: Celebrating and Remembering
October 2 - 6, 2009

Rosa Parks on bus in Alabama

Join us as we tour Birmingham to Selma and onto Montgomery and follow in the footsteps of Martin Luther King, Jr. and Sheriff Bull Connor. You will meet survivors of the Selma violence, and the family of one of the "little girls" killed in the Birmingham bombing.

The journey will allow you to see how Alabama and our country have changed in the 54 years since Rosa Parks refused to change seats on the bus. This very special tour will take you to the places that shaped our nation's collective conscience and along the way relive the history and meet the people who were part of the great Civil Rights story in Alabama.
